Single-Use Rates

Thank you for choosing our facility for your event. We ask that renters agree to our rental agreement and pay rental fees in advance.

1. Single-Day Use: North side hall only. $90 first 2 hours. $20 each hour after two. $150 for eight hours or more. Includes kitchen and back room.

2. Cleaning and Key Deposit: $50.

3. Veteran discount: 10%.

4. South hall generally isn't rented out for single-use events.  Please reach out with any questions.

Renter is responsible for any broken, damaged, missing items, and clean up.

Renter is responsible to be sure all city ordinances (including noise) are followed by all users. Unless an exception is made, the premises must be vacated by 10pm.  Please be thoughtful of our neighbors.

If alcohol will be present the renter is responsible for extending home owner’s insurance (or another

insurance) policy to cover The American Legion Post #40 on the day of rental.

The American Legion Post #40 assumes no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage that might occur on or off our property. Renter(s) assumes all responsibility for these.

Cleaning and key fee are repaid immediately upon return of key and short look at building.

There is parking in the rear parking lot as well.

Every Saturday is available until an event is scheduled.
